.As the local CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) provider for Warrington, Aspire Procurement Training Ltd is celebrating a successful 5 years of training procurement professionals in the Warrington area. Aspire have been training people in purchasing, supply chain, contract management & buying roles since 2012 to become professionally qualified and gain their MCIPS accreditation.
Mark Parker, Director and Head of Centre, who has lived in Warrington for over 40 years commented, “It has been a real journey of development since setting up in 2012. We are the only CIPS provider to have delivered classroom-based courses in my home town of Warrington, and in 2015 we set up the Warrington CIPS Exam Centre at the International Business Centre to enable clients to sit their exams locally. The political issues of the last 12 months have provided some great case study material for the procurement courses, particularly given that our USP is wrapping the courses around current affairs. This makes the training very real, and the issues around Brexit and “Trumponomics” have generated many debates in our classroom sessions”.
Aspire Procurement Training Ltd has seven CIPS study centres across the UK and only employs tutors who are MCIPS qualified with global industry experience to ensure a quality course delivery supported by many industry examples from across the world.
